Yes, you can schedule multiple appointments.
You can reschedule your appointment by accessing the scheduling tool directly on your PTeverywhere patient portal and selecting a new date and time.
Yes, our online scheduling system is secure and protects your personal information. It is fully HIPAA compliant.
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid any fees. ($50 cancellation fee if we are not given 24 hours notice.
Do I have to schedule an initial exam?
No. If you would only like a consultation performed, select CONSULTATION ONLY when scheduling. Follow-up visits can be scheduled separately if needed!
