You can reschedule your appointment by accessing the scheduling tool directly on your PTeverywhere patient portal and selecting a new date and time.
Yes, our online scheduling system is secure and protects your personal information. It is fully HIPAA compliant.
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid any fees. ($50 cancellation fee if we are not given 24 hours notice.
Do I have to schedule an initial exam?
Yes, an initial examination must be completed, for all ages, before any follow-up visits are scheduled. Packages are available that include initial examinations. If you are not sure if you want to purchase follow-up visits initially, packages are available for follow-up visits after the initial examination is completed.
